The brief
Task Buddy came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. Mobile app interface for managing classes and schedules, featuring class lists, lesson plans, and student management tools.
What we did
Embedded with the team across mobile, ios, productivity. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and Task Buddy now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
