1. Acceptance
By using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. About us
The Site is run by Appic Marketing LLC, a Texas limited liability company(“Appic Marketing”, “we”, “us”), at 5900 Balcones Drive, Ste 27569, Austin, TX 78731, USA. For legal matters, email hello@appicmarketing.com.
3. What these terms cover
The Site shows our own apps, our services and how to contact us. Client work is governed by a separate statement of work or order form between Appic Marketing and that client. These terms cover your use of the Site, not the work itself.
4. Intellectual property
Everything on the Site, including copy, design, code, 3D scenes, images, the Appic Marketing logo and our app names and icons, belongs to Appic Marketing LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and related laws. You may view it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, redistribute or build derivative works from it without written permission.
Client names and reviews shown on the Site belong to their owners and appear with permission.
5. What you send us
When you email us or book a call, you let us use what you send to reply to you, scope possible work and deliver any work that follows. You confirm that it is yours to share and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.
6. Acceptable use
- Don’t try to break, scan or probe the Site or our infrastructure.
- Don’t use our contact details to send spam, malware, harassment or illegal content.
- Don’t impersonate Appic Marketing or suggest a partnership we haven’t agreed to.
7. Third-party services
The Site relies on third parties for hosting and booking, listed in our Privacy Policy. Links to our apps’ own sites and other services are governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Client work is covered by the warranties in its own agreement, not by this section.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Appic Marketing and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any direct claim about the Site is limited to USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Indemnity
You agree to hold Appic Marketing harmless from claims, losses or costs arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or anyone else’s rights.
11. Changes
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. Using the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas. If you are a consumer with mandatory protections where you live, those still apply.
