The short version

We are a small studio. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers. We only see what you choose to send us, we use it to reply and to do the work you ask for, and we never sell it. To have anything we hold removed, email hello@appicmarketing.com.

1. Who we are

This site is run by Appic Marketing LLC, a Texas limited liability company(“Appic Marketing”, “we”, “us”), at 5900 Balcones Drive, Ste 27569, Austin, TX 78731, USA. For privacy questions, email hello@appicmarketing.com.

2. What we collect

When you email us. The contact form on this site does not send anything by itself: it opens your own email app with your message filled in. When you send it, we receive your name, email address and whatever you wrote, like any other email.

When you book a call. Bookings run on Cal.com. We receive your name, email address, the time you picked and any notes you add. Cal.com handles this data under its own privacy policy.

Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes request data such as your IP address, browser and the time of the request to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Cookies and analytics. None. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, so there is no consent banner.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your message or prepare for your call.
• To scope and deliver work for clients who hire us.
• To meet legal obligations and prevent abuse.

We don’t sell your data, share it with ad networks or use it to train AI models.

4. Who else sees it

• Cloudflare: hosting and security for this site.
• Cal.com: call booking and calendar sync.
• Our email provider: delivers and stores the emails you send us.

Each provider handles the data on our behalf under its own privacy commitments.

5. How long we keep it

• Emails and enquiries: up to 24 months, then deleted, unless they are part of client work.
• Client and booking records: for the length of the work, plus what tax and legal records require.
• Server logs: kept by Cloudflare for a short period under its own retention rules.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what data we hold about you.
• Correct it.
• Delete it.
• Stop using it for anything beyond legal record-keeping.
• Send you a copy in a portable format.

Email hello@appicmarketing.com. If you are in the EU or UK and disagree with how we handled a request, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children

This site is not aimed at anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
