The brief
Support Map for Tower Hamlets came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. A web application showcasing a map interface for locating support services like food banks and advice centers in London, specifically Tower Hamlets.
What we did
Embedded with the team across website, healthcare. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and Support Map for Tower Hamlets now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
