The brief
Stailas Fashion came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. Mobile app offering AI-driven fashion styling and wardrobe management. Users can upload photos to receive personalized style tips and outfit ideas.
What we did
Embedded with the team across mobile, ios, android, fashion. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and Stailas Fashion now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
