The brief
Social Apartment App came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. Mobile app showcasing social networking features for apartment living, including maps, profiles, and shopping options.
What we did
Embedded with the team across mobile, ios, real estate. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and Social Apartment App now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
