The brief
Norma came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. Showcase of the Norma mobile finance dashboard app, featuring real-time revenue tracking and detailed financial analytics for iOS and Android.
What we did
Embedded with the team across mobile, ios, android, finance. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and Norma now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
