The brief
Mindfulness Plus came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. A sleek mobile app for tracking mindfulness and meditation sessions, featuring score tracking and personalized user profiles.
What we did
Embedded with the team across mobile, ios, education. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and Mindfulness Plus now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
