What we did
Embedded with the team across mobile, ios, productivity. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and FileG File Manager now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
