The brief
Activity Tracker App came to us looking for a partner who could move faster than their internal cycles allowed — without the usual agency theatre. This mobile app provides activity tracking and an exercise library, featuring daily summaries, quick actions, and a variety of workout options.
What we did
Embedded with the team across mobile, ios, home services. Daily Looms replaced status meetings; design and engineering moved in lockstep. The work shipped in slices, with stakeholders pulling in real users from week two.
Outcome
The launch landed cleaner than expected. Adoption metrics outpaced internal forecasts within the first month, and Activity Tracker App now uses the system as the foundation for everything they ship next.
